What are klar wipes for?
klar wipes are made to gently clean your earplugs and ear tips. A quick wipe removes earwax, oils and everyday buildup so your klar plugs stay fresh, hygienic and ready to use. They’re the simple maintenance tool that keeps your earplugs performing and comfortable over the long term.
How often should I clean my earplugs?
A wipe after each use is ideal, and at minimum every few wears. Because earplugs sit in the ear canal, they pick up wax and oils that affect both hygiene and seal. Regular cleaning keeps the fit comfortable and your plugs lasting longer.
Are they safe for the silicone ear tips?
Yes. klar wipes are formulated to clean the ear tips and earplug body gently, with no harsh chemicals that would degrade the medical-grade silicone or the plug. Just wipe, let dry fully, and store in the case.
Can I use them on any earplugs, or only klar?
They’re designed for klar earplugs but work on most reusable silicone and plastic ear tips. They’re not intended for foam plugs, which are single-use and absorb liquid.
